Hey, Guys!

What is the Guys Read club?
Simple! It gives guys a chance to meet and talk about all kinds of stories and information.  It is all about giving guys a fun way to find new reading of all kinds. (no book reports, no tests, no stress). Mr. Hora and Mr. Cox have been sponsoring the club for a couple of years.

Here are the books we recommended this month. We finished our stop motion animation and will watch them next month. Next month is also our end-of-year pizza party - Monday, May 22.

The boys voted for several classics this month that they felt were action packed, along with some newer titles. We made book marks with our Guys Read Approved books for Creek students to from the library, and also put cards on shelves to advertise our favorite books.

Our next meeting is Monday, February 27.

April, 2016: Creek Guys Read club celebrated National Poetry Month by reading some favorite poems and creating their own poems to distribute to other students at Creek.
